As the house is very flexible, there's heaps of opportunities to be in different parts of the house simultaneously and also have guests without disturbing each other. CLOSE BY: Hunters Hill shops and local cafés, restaurants and pubs are a few minutes walk away besides a wide variety of shops in nearby Gladesville, Boronia Park and Drummoyne. Riverglade Reserve opposite is a recreation area with a large off-leash dog area and soccer field fringed by mangroves and small beaches. There's a range of great nature walks throughout the area. BY CAR: Off-peak you can get into the city in 15 minutes, but depending on traffic it’s around 20-30mins and in rush hour can be 30-60mins. To University of Sydney main campus would take 20-40min by car dependent on when you are travelling. PUBLIC TRANSPORT: The house is within close walking distance of bus (506 at Hunters Hill Shops and the 500 series on Victoria Road including Express buses) or ferry at Huntley’s Point Wharf, with fast services to the city and Parramatta. To University of Sydney travel time by bus is 40min-1hr with a change at Central. There are also easy bus links to Chatswood, Ryde, North Ryde / Macquarie Park and to Macquarie University.
