Light-filled 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in Charlottesville. Available mid-June 2026 through mid-August 2027. We are looking for tenants that want the home for the entire academic year (September 2026 through end of May 2027), and will consider a 9 month or 12 month lease. We would be open to a shorter term (mid-length) for the summer; please message us. This almost new townhome is located in the Belvedere neighborhood, a sustainable neighborhood that is one of a handful of new communities in Albemarle County with roots in new urbanism. The home is within a couple of miles from UVA and downtown Charlottesville. There are multiple common greens within the neighborhood, some include playgrounds, and the neighborhood has direct connections to walking trails. The neighborhood includes a tennis and pool club, and an indoor soccer stadium. These facilities are about 7-10 minutes (walking) from the home. There is also a large community garden. This is a quiet location minutes from UVA and UVA hospital, grocery shopping, restaurants and many amenities. It is fully and tastefully furnished (and comes with all furnishings), as well. It has light filtering blinds in the living and dining rooms, and black-out blinds (including motorized blinds) in the bedrooms. Laundry (washer/dryer) is on the same floor as the bedrooms. There is a one car garage and a parking space in front of the garage. The HOA maintains the grass in the front and backyards and also provides snow removal service.
