Welcome to our home! Our townhome is nestled on a quiet private road in Glabar Park. Our home is ideal for small families, a couple, or a professional. We hope you can enjoy our cozy home and explore all that Ottawa has to offer! 🌳 The Neighborhood: The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to everything. You'll find: - Coffee shops, restaurants, library, and Carlingwood mall with a 5-minute walk. - We're not far from the Ottawa River pathways, perfect for biking, running, or riverside picnics. - Public transit a block away; downtown Ottawa is just 15 minutes by car. 🏠Our house: • The View & Community: The house backs directly onto a shared courtyard and park. You have a clear view of the play structure from the living room and back patio. There is a strong sense of community – the playground is often busy with friendly kids and families. • Upstairs: 2 bedrooms upstairs (3rd can be made available for additional cost - but we would like to use one for storage if possible). The primary suite is large size and includes its own private full ensuite. For the second bedroom we can leave one of two bedrooms open for your use: the bedroom (2 twin beds and 2 dressers) or our office (two adjustable sit/stand desks and 2 monitors). There is a second full bathroom on this level with a bathtub. • Ground floor: The main floor has an open living and dining area, a modern kitchen, and a convenient powder room. Front hall closet and access to garage. • Finished Basement: A double bed, desk and laundry room. Good for guests, home office or kids play area. Climbing wall, lots of toys and games available. • Parking & Transit: Includes a garage and private driveway (space for 1 car in driveway and bikes/skis and other gear in the garage). We are close to major transit stops, local grocery essentials, and schools. Additional Details: - Snow removal and lawncare is included - High-speed WiFi - lots of workspace options - We are fully electric!
