We are looking to rent our 4 bedroom home in Worcester for the 2026-2027 academic year. Available late July 2026 to end of June 2027. Ideal for families on sabbatical at one of the local universities or medical professionals visiting one of the local hospitals/medical schools. Our home is in the desirable and safe Tatnuck/West Side area of Worcester. The first floor has a spacious living room with Roku TV, dining room, half bath, and a large kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher, gas range and oven, microwave, and new refrigerator. There is a washer and dryer available for use in the basement. The second floor has 4 bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower/bathtub, and a 3 season room (enclosed porch). One bedroom is currently being used as a large walk-in closet, so there is no bed. Another bedroom has 2 toddler beds/cribs, and they can be removed if needed. The other 2 bedrooms have a king and a queen bed. The 3rd floor is not part of the rental and will be used for our storage. There is a fully fenced back yard and a driveway for 2 cars. Street parking is free and plentiful. The price of $4500 would include all utilities with the exception of trash which is paid for by purchasing yellow City of Worcester trash bags at a cash register at local grocery stores. Small 15gallon bags are $1.00 each and large 30gallon bags $1.75 each. Price is negotiable for right tenants.
