The complex is unusually spacious and extremely well maintained. It is predominantly occupied by owners, which ensures that great attention is paid to its appearance. The apartment offers a quiet oasis with a green view in the midst of a lively neighborhood with cafés, restaurants and shops, as well as access to all means of public transportation.
