This beautiful 4 bedroom/2 ½ bathroom Victorian has a piano, wood-burning fireplace, modern gas fireplace, lovely outdoor spaces, and lots of New England charm. The house has been fully renovated with a modern kitchen and bathrooms, yet it retains its original moldings, hardwood floors, and period details. Situated in a terrific school district, the house is perfect for a family or for three to four adults. On the first floor are found the entry hall, living room, dining room, TV room, kitchen, and half-bath. The second floor includes two large bedrooms (with queen-size beds), a small bedroom (with a twin bed), which is currently used as a study, another study, and a full bathroom. The third floor includes a bedroom, gas fireplace, and en suite bathroom. While we list as a furnished rental, the house may also be rented as unfurnished for a longer-term rental. High speed internet with Netflix, HBO, and NFL Sunday are included. We have a letter of full deleading compliance, and we happily accept dogs but cannot accept cats due to a severe allergy. Please, no smoking inside the house.
