Bright renovated 3BR home near Princeton with large backyard

Our home is a bright, spacious, recently renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath house just outside Princeton, with about 2,000 square feet of living space, a huge backyard, and an easy drive to the university. We bought the house two years ago and have been improving it ever since, so many parts feel fresh and updated while the house still feels comfortable and lived-in. Four things stand out about the house. First, it is very family-friendly. The backyard is large and great for children of all ages, and there is plenty of room to spread out, with a living room, family room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, basement, and garage. Second, the location is convenient but quiet. We chose this neighborhood because it is away from fast roads, so the street feels calm, while access by car is easy and the drive to Princeton is 10min. Third, the area is quite walkable for an off-campus home. You can walk to several local restaurants, a coffee shop, and the canal path for jogging, biking, walking, or fishing. Fourth, the house gets beautiful natural light, with skylights and sunny rooms throughout. Because the house is off campus, a car is helpful for daily commuting, although biking to campus is possible (it is about 20min, our neighbors do that) and some neighborhood amenities -- like a small shop -- are within walking distance. Use of our car may also be negotiable depending on the arrangement.
