Located in the vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood of Denver, this fully furnished apartment offers both convenience and comfort in one of the city’s most lively and walkable areas. The apartment is within easy reach of multiple bus lines, a 10-minute walk to the museum district, and about a 30-minute walk to CU Denver. Daily essentials are close at hand, with Trader Joe’s just 5 minutes away and King Soopers within a 15-minute walk. Cheesman Park is also nearby, about a 20-minute walk, offering a beautiful green space to relax and unwind. The unit is situated on the second floor of a gated apartment building equipped with 24-hour security cameras. Neighbors living in the building are nice, quiet, and respective. The apartment comes fully furnished and includes in-unit washer and dryer, along with a TV and a range of kitchen appliances such as a rice cooker and air fryer. This is a well-cared-for home for me and my partner, and we are looking for a clean, quiet, and responsible subletter who will treat the space with respect. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets in the apartment.
