My husband and I are on sabbatical and fellowships through 2027. We're looking for a couple who love luxury and a central bohemian academic neighbourhood. This is our dream house, newly purchased and renovated, gorgeous modern chic designer and filled with comforts: a film projector, a chef's kitchen, Gaggeneau and Thermador appliances, a leather banquette, heated bidets, tasteful art, an Ellison velvet sofa.... the list goes on. The third floor offices are spacious and relaxing for working from home and each features a high quality pull-out sofa with a cozy double bed. The neighbourhood is famously desirable with corner cafes, art galleries, organic co-ops, numerous supermarkets and a picturesque leafy green walking route all the way to the University of Toronto. The street is a designated bike route with bike-share rentals in the park across the street from us. The principle bedroom bay windows overlook a park and the total still nighttime quiet grants a deep restful sleep we thought we'd never have. We have a basement tenant who is a fascinating physicist and a charming, thoughtful neighbour. Thrilled to share the delight of our new home.
