We have owned this house for three years and hope to rent it out during late-summer and the Fall 2026 semester. The house is located in the Greenbrier neighborhood of Charlottesville, which is quieter than the neighborhoods around UVA and downtown, and still within biking distance or a short drive from UVA, downtown, local schools, shopping centers, and grocery stores. Also walking distance from Greenbrier Park, which gives access to the Rivanna trail, and Greenbrier Elementary, which has a wonderful playground. The screened patio and lower level have recently been updated. One bedroom is currently set up as an office and another BR is set up as a nursery, but we can rearrange and try to find extra furniture depending on your preferences.
