Description
Our lovely and well cared for home will be available for six weeks 8/24/26-10/5/26. The home is walking distance to UC Berkeley. (I am a former employee and walked to work most days:) We are also close to all the wonderful amenities in Rockridge, including fantastic restaurants and stores. For those commuting into San Francisco or elsewhere, we are close to the Rockridge BART station as well as bus stops. We raised our kids in this house, so it is reasonably kid friendly. Colby Park is a block away. We can vouch for the local schools--Peralta Elementary, Claremont Middle and Oakland Tech High School. We take great pride in our home and garden. The backyard is a peaceful oasis, great for reading, writing and hanging out. The hot tub is a lovely addition, and can make for great start gazing in the evenings. We look forward to welcoming to our home and neighborhood, and hope that you enjoy it as much as we do.

Comments: Walking distance to UC Berkeley. Near vibrant shopping districts on College Ave. Easy access to BART, bus, highways. Playground a block away. Nice neighbors who look out for each other.
