Large Sunny Condo in Barcelona, Looking for Vancouver exchange

Hello, I will be doing a research stay at the UBC this fall and am looking for a home for my family and I to stay in from September to December 2026. We are a family of 5. Myself (Jenny, Canadian) and my husband (Jordi, Catalan), and our three children, two boys 7 and 5 years old and a baby girl 4 months old. We are looking for a two bedroom with an office space. Ideally in a family friendly area. It would also be nice to have parks and be in a walkable area. In exchange we offer our large sunny condo in the Barcelona metropolis area. It is the perfect place for a couple or family. Our home is sunny and bright. It is a modern, new three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo. It has two balconies and a large terrace. The rooms are spacious and welcoming 100sq ft apt. Windows are floor to ceiling with no neighbours looking in. We have everything you need, fully-equipped kitchen, and bathrooms. It is the fourth and top floor of the building. It has an elevator. We live on a main street with easy access to Barcelona city centre right outside our door (20-40 minutes away by bus, tram, metro or train). If you have a car, you can also easily access the beautiful beaches and mountainous areas outside of Barcelona. So it is really the best of both worlds. Easy access to one of the top ten attractions in the world (Barcelona city), but peaceful surroundings, and can be out of the city in nature in fifteen minutes. It is quieter and calmer here than in Barcelona but you still have everything you need like grocery shops, cafes, restaurants and parks all within walking distance.
