The flat is located a 5-minute walk from Mile End station, with access to the Central, District and Hammersmith & City lines, allowing for easy travel across London. Queen Mary University of London is within walking distance, with other universities also easily accessible. The area offers a residential feel while remaining close to cafés, shops and green spaces, including Victoria Park and the Regent’s Canal. The flat is fully furnished and includes high-speed internet. Utilities are included, with heating and electricity capped at £130 per month, which comfortably covers normal use. I am looking for a respectful tenant who will enjoy and take care of the flat during this period.
