The front lounge is cosy with lots of opportunities for reading. Upstairs is a study, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one is an ensuite) and a nursery. The nursery and the front bedroom have split system heating/cooling. There are two balconies. Located in central Brunswick, the house is near delicious restaurants along lively Sydney Road and abundant parkland, including the Melbourne Zoo. It is within biking/walking distance from Melbourne University, and a short tram or train ride to Melbourne CBD. There is an option to borrow our two bikes while you stay.
