We are McGill profs offering a sunny and spacious, freshly painted one-bedroom for annual rent. Our previous renters have been current or recent graduate students from Concordia or McGill as the apartment is well-located for access to both universities and is especially close to MUHC-Glenn and Marianopolis College. The apartment is on the first floor above the RDC in a new, concrete condo building with an elevator-- it has great sound insulation and privacy. You'll have both a front balcony and a back terrace, which is perfect for BBQ and dinner with a couple of friends on warm summer nights. The bedroom has a big walk-in closet, which can double up as a storage room. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a pantry. The bathroom has a washer and a dryer. The location is perfect for a young couple or a single person, whether you enjoy going out in Monkland Village or on Sherbooke, playing tennis, or running, baseball, and picnics in the park (Park NDG). The neighbourhood-- a part of NDG called Westmount-adjacent-- is quiet and extremely well-connected to public transportation-- there's a 24 bus stop right next to the building (the bus runs regularly and will take you to McGill/downtown), a BIXI station, and the Villa Maria metro is a short 5min walk.
