We are a small family leaving our large Ojai home for the 2026-2027 school year. The home is 5 bedrooms and 3000 sq ft although we are only renting 4 of the bedrooms (we will use one for storage). The rooms are currently configured as follows: 1 queen bed downstairs with ensuite gorgeous vintage bathroom (with separate tub and shower). 1 queen bed upstairs, 1 children's double bed upstairs, 1 home office with Koala pull out (can also be configured with a queen bed if preferred). The upstairs rooms share one bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The upstairs also has a giant room, currently used as a playroom but could be used as an art or yoga/movement studio as well. The downstairs has a living room with vintage batchelder fireplace, dining room, kitchen laundry room and half bath. WE WILL ADD MORE PICTURES IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS! We are looking for a family who prefers charm and character over anesthetized spaces and won't be put off by the quirks and idiosyncrasies of a historic home. Please note that the pool will be fully fenced prior to renting.
