It's a fully furnished, spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom home with a fenced yard and finished basement and den that could serve as a fourth/fifth bedroom. • Location: Our home is near Clifton and Clement, and is 2km from downtown, 2 blocks from the Rail Trail, and a 30 seconds walk from a bus stop (#6 and #18). • Highlights: 3 bedrooms, a den, and a basement with a futon and pull-out sofa. Hardwood floors, bright sunroom, large dining table, and a large, fenced backyard, air conditioning. • Rent: $3,000/month. Utilities (internet, electricity, natural gas, water) within our typical usage costs will be covered. • Important considerations: We are looking for someone to live in our home while we are away over the summer. This includes taking care of our two cats and occasionally watering plants. The cats are easy going and use a cat door to enter/exit the house (no litter box cleaning required), and the garden is irrigated, but needs a bit of extra care during heat waves.
