Laundry machine included. Two bedrooms, both with sea view windows and storage. Two full spa-like bathrooms, one of them is a very large ensuite bathroom for the main bedroom. The apartment includes two office desks, one of them is equipped with an extra screen. All rooms have a surround sound system integrated in the ceiling. This apartment is an ideal space for writing, remote working, or simply enjoying the Las Palmas and Gran Canaria, which offers beautiful weather all year round. There are two nearby 24h parkings, good coffee next door, great restaurants, and of course, just a few steps from the perfect spot on Las Canteras beach (La Casa Roja / el Reina Isabel Hotel). An additional service that offers peace of mind is that a maintenance person is available on call to resolve any issues that may arise (which is rare and unlikely). We are a family of academics who spend our summers in this home. It is cared for and regularly maintained and upgraded. This apartment is in a residential street, and we ask anyone staying here to be respectful of the neighbors, keep the noise to an acceptable level during evenings, night time and early mornings. Noisy parties and large gatherings are not allowed. Dates and duration are negotiable.
