Description
We are looking to sublet our spacious 4-bed/2-bath apartment for a month in the Summer. We're looking for somebody who will take care of our home and enjoy the fresh air, the silence, and open views over the Hudson and the beautiful sunsets that come with it. There are ac window units in all rooms but also lots of natural ventilation in this high-floor apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, king size bed in the main room, a queen size bed in the second, and a full size sofa-bed in the third bedroom and in the office. The building has a doorman from 4pm to 11pm but 24 hour staff. It is on Riverside park and steps away from the subway, bus, shops, and Columbia University. Willingness to pet sit two friendly, independent, and incredibly cute cats is a plus (rent can be adjusted to account for this).
