Gorgeous renovated duplex at heart of Detroit's East Village

My wife and I (both University professors and artists) are looking for someone to sublease our beloved home while we are away. The property is a three story recently renovated brick duplex with a fully furnished open plan kitchen and living room area with half bathroom on the first floor, two rooms on the second floor that share a full bathroom, and a main bedroom on the third floor with its own ensuite bathroom. We usually use the two rooms on the second floor as offices, but one is equipped as a guest room with a single bed that can be expanded into a king size bed. We own a cat that won't be home (you may see some of his furnishings in the photographs). The house also has a nice deck patio with a barbecue, and a small herb and salad garden.
