We are looking to rent our gorgeous 5-bedroom house in Woodside set in a garden with pool/hot tub. The house is fully furnished with 5 bedroom (3 king beds and 2 queen beds), 4 full baths and one half bath, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Viking gas stove, Sub-Zero fridge, dishwasher, microwave, plenty of granite counters and two sinks. Our dining room comfortably seats 12 and the large kitchen area adjoins a T.V. room with cable and lots of premium channels. There are 3 additional TVs throughout the house. You can visit in the large living room and outdoor back porch porch and there is a Sonos sound system with speakers in every room. The tenant pays for water, gas and electricity while the owner pays for high speed internet, trash service, sewer service, gardening and pool maintenance. The house is one of two houses on a one-acre property in the beautiful Woodside Heights neighborhood around walkable Eleanor Drive, a 1.2 mile circular drive. The two people in the second house down by the pool spend only one or two nights per week here tops. We wake up to birds chirping and fall to sleep to the sound of an owl hooting softly. The pool and hot tub area is on the same lower level as the much smaller second house. The house is artfully designed in a Mexican style with tile, carved wood, terracotta floors and vaulted ceilings. In the large office there are two desks and a printer and it opens to a peaceful courtyard and exercise room with a sauna. In a large back garden you have access to the unfenced pool and hot tub. Children cannot be outside unattended due to safety concerns. You can relax in a hammock or on the chaise lounges around the pool. The rent includes high speed internet, cable and streaming T.V., trash, sewer, off-street parking, access to the pool/hot tub and gardening services, The tenant will be responsible for 50% of the water, gas, and electricity bill for the property pro-rated to the days of occupancy. We will be traveling but we can be reached via text and/or email. The outside plants are on a drip system but we will ask the tenants to water plants once a week inside the house around days 7, 14 and 21. We will place a hold on our mail so the tenants will not have to bring it in and we don't have pets.
