PROCESS: In general, the process as follows (adjustments can be discussed) - Please send a message via Sabbatical Homes (SH) and tell me a bit about yourself, where you work, and why you need the flat etc. Please include dates you are looking for, and who will be staying at the flat. - I'll respond with will ask for link/copies (or screenshots) of reviews you have on any rental platforms As the SH site doesn't allow attachments, I'll share my email. - Once preliminaries are agreed, I'll send a draft agreement for the stay based on the SH template. - The guest will review and add any additional information, and sign the agreement. I'll ask for a copy of ID. - I'll countersign and send it back to you. - I'll ask payment to be made in two parts: (1) 50% when the agreement is signed; (2) 50% before the check in date . - Once the first payment is received, I'll announce a match on SH for you to confirm and will block the dates. - Check in 4pm; Check out 11am. Self check-in info will be provided a few days before check in date. - London-based co-host contact will be provided to support during the stay. - Receipt for stay can be provided on request,
