Sunny home right at the ocean with a private beach, 20 minutes from town

This is the ideal place for 2 adults and 1-2 kids older than toddlers who can swim, who love nature and sports- there is plenty to do all around the year and the setting is exceptional. You can see wales sometimes when you have a coffee. The master bedroom has a decent size with adjacent walk in garderobe. However, I am not planning to move out all my stuff, because I only will be on a 3 month sabbatical. One of the other two bedrooms is also ok in size. The third bedroom is quite small and ith a cupboard bed- that means the bed has to be lifted up when not in use, to be able to use the room. But this is done easily, and there is a good size desk when the bed is against the wall. There is also possibility for a jaccuzi- but one needs to take care about chlorinating if one uses it , and it can not be used continuously because of the electricity prices. From the house you can appart from the water sports, go for runs up the hills into the Bymarka, if you drive 5 minutes, you can even go on the highest little mountain in the area, which is over 500 m above sea level -really good training! Not far with the car you can 24 hours a day buy fresh farm products. The large terrace is sunny and there is a grill and pizza oven in the outdoors kitchen. Sun however will not be on the terrace from the middle of November . There are some warming lamps outside, which can be used in the evenings.
