Available: June 15 – September 10, 2026 Rental Terms: Two months and 10 days (through 123 June till 10 September: negotiable; we are open to negotiating shorter stays.) Details: My husband and I are renting our furnished home for two months and 10 days while we are away for our summer break. It is a bright sun filled beautiful cottage, three - bedroom, 1-bath, in the west side very near to the West Cliff ocean and beaches (walking 3 mins) and around the corner from the Garfield Park Library. Very close to the beautiful Santa Cruz Wharf to Natural Bridges State Beach paved path, this beautiful light filled cottage is the perfect retreat space for your summer break. It is a five minute walk to the Neary Lagoon Park, and a 5 minute bike ride to New Leaf, Safeway and the shops, eating cafes, and Santa Cruz Yoga tucked around Ingalls Street, set well back from the road, a 2 minute walk to the campus bus (Route 19 on Bay Street and 18 on Delaware Street), or a 7 minute drive to UCSC campus. The open kitchen and dining room extend onto a small lounging area, and a deck (at the back) with an open shower. The house is furnished as two bedroom (master bedroom and a twin bed in the guest room). There is a large living room with a large couch sofa. The large living room and guest room has functioning working desks. A cleaner comes every two weeks, high speed internet, garbage, water, electricity, and gas are included in the rent. In-house washer/dryer/free street parking. No smoking. No pets.
