We (family of three) are looking to sublet our home in Berlin for at least 10 months, possibly longer. It is perfect for working at home, for writing, cooking, entertaining, family life. Nestled on a tree-lined side street off of West Berlin's main shopping artery, i is close to everything you need – excellent restaurants, shops, galleries, public transport hubs, the Tiergarten park, schools and universities. The apartment has 4-meter high ceilings and parquet floors throughout and gets good light. A very large master-bedroom with a kingsize bed and a small bathroom across from it. Directly across is the kid's room with a single bed (as well as another pull-out single bed for guests). And a guest room with a loft-bed and a huge desk. The living room is huge and has an office and a balcony with a table overlooking the street. The living room opens up onto a huge open-kitchen/dining room with chef's kitchen and a dining room table that comfortably sits 12 overlooking a courtyard. All amenities for a comfortable life (washer, dryer, highspeed internet, weighted keyboard, TV, etc.) Elevator and bike room.
