Description
We are empty-nesters who are going to be on sabbatical for the '26-'27 academic year. We'd love to find a family or couple who are interested in enjoying our house as much as we do. The school system in Claremont is terrific and the designated elementary school is Condit School, but it is also easy to get an inter-district transfer to any of the other Claremont elementary schools. We are situated between three great parks-- Higginbotham, La Puerta Sports Park, and Jaeger-- with several other parks within biking distance. Mt Baldy, less than ten miles away, also offers great recreational opportunities. It's a 2-mile slightly downhill ride to the Claremont Colleges campuses and ~2.5 miles to Claremont village.

Comments: The back gate opens onto a recreational bike/walking path, and the path connects to trails in the Claremont Hills Wilderness Park. Very quiet neighborhood.
