The living room is appointed with two large sofas, coffee table, and big windows. The dining area has a table that seats up to 6 as well as a reading chair. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, club chair, and dressers. Spacious kitchen with standard appliances, including dishwasher and washer/dryer combo. The second bedroom is currently configured as a home office with a writing desk and multiple chairs, though it could be repurposed as a second sleeping area. Ample closet space throughout the apartment. Full shower/bathtub and cabinets in the bathroom. All utilities, including Wifi, are included; Sonos sound system throughout the apartment; Apple TV with a projector available in the living room. AC wall-units in summer; radiator heat during colder months (i.e. no central heating). I have lived in this apartment for 5+ years and am looking for a respectful and responsible tenant to enjoy the place during my upcoming sabbatical abroad. Exact dates and rate are negotiable with the right person/people, special preference will be given for a longer-term arrangement. This apartment is ideal for a single person or a couple. The building is extremely conveniently located: one block to Prospect Park, one block to 7th Ave cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities, 20 minutes walking to the heart of Park Slope, Atlantic Ave, Barclays, downtown Brooklyn; 15 min walk to 7th Ave F/G subway; 15 min walk to Grand Army Plaza 2/3 subway; buses and CitiBike stations in all directions.
