There’s a warm and inviting living area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a home gym with a Peloton. Outside, you’ll find a lovely garden, hot tub, outdoor dining area, and plenty of space to relax or enjoy time with family. The property is located within walking distance of the charming town of Santa Ynez, with cafés, boutiques, and wine tasting rooms, and just a short drive from Solvang and many wineries, hiking trails, and nature spots. This is a comfortable, family-friendly home with great indoor and outdoor living. We also have two friendly cats, so guests should be comfortable around pets. The property also includes a separate studio (shown in the final photos), available as an optional add-on, ideal for additional guests or a private workspace. The studio can accommodate up to 2 extra guests. Please note: The studio is not included in the base rental and can be added for an additional monthly rate.
