If only want one bedroom price is negotiable. The apartment has two balconies, getting light at different times of the day, one with gas barbecue and outdoor table for six, other with relaxing outdoor lounge for reading in the sunshine. Recently updated kitchen with induction appliances, kettle, microwave, toaster, sandwich press and small nespresso machine. All other utensils, crockery, glassware etc in place and ready to use. Two bathrooms, two toilets, one bathroom with walk in shower, one with shower over full bath. Euro laundry has free washer and dryer. There is one carpark available in building with secure automated roller door entry. Apartment is on first floor, but no lift so may not be suitable for some. Easy walk to Clifton Hill shopping strip, Fitzroy North Village, Edinburgh Gardens, and cafes, restaurants and nightlife of Brunswick St, Fitzroy. Cycling friendly area, two different tram lines within 5 min walk and train station 10 min walk. Very close to start of Eastern Freeway for easy escape to Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula, Gippsland and beyond.
