If you want to picnic on the rooftop garden, bakeries aboung. Art galleries vie with gyms. Venues for poetry readings and music like the Brunswick Ballroom are rife. Brunswick Picture House is a quaint Cinema with a wonderful choice of art house films.. And Princes Park just down the road. Grocery shopping is a festival of choice with grocery shops, delicatessens, markets and a large surpermarket with gourmet, organic and fresh food. 3rd Floor, looking out onto open sky and cityscape, 7m2 summer house-like terrrace has a Provençal wrought-iron table, chairs and sofa for sipping coffee and having marmalade on toast or dining under the stars, winter and summer. The flat suits both a single person and a couple. Bedroom can be part of the space or sealed off by a smooth curtain on a circular rail. Cupboards abound, The bathroom is separate, Everything is architecturally designed. A fully equiped kitchen, with large state of the art fridge, double drawer dishwasher, extensive bench-top, toaster, expresso coffee machine, kettle and every implement. WIFI, ceiling fans and hydronic central heating, Sheets, towels, serviettes, dishtowels, dishcloths, soap, shampoo - one has only to turn the key and enjoy the experience of a settled home with a care for every detail. A Dyson vacuum cleaner, an upright dustpan and broom, a spray mop make cleaning a matter of minutes. Everything is electric and environmentally conscious. Electricity, water and high-speed internet are included in the weekly rate. I live a few streets away and can give any information you need or sort a problem quickly. I love my flat and am keen for people to be happy in it.
