We are a couple with one university-age child, temporarily living in the UK and looking to have an occupier in our lovely family home. It is well furnished and maintained, with updated small and large appliances and systems. We are less than 2 miles from University of Rochester and URMC, and within 15 minute drive of RIT, St John Fisher, and Nazareth. The home and neighborhood are comfortable and quiet, full of lovely small shops and restaurants and welcoming neighbors.
