Walking Distance from Charming Suburban Downtown & Train into Philly

We are a family of 4 - two elementary school aged children and two parents. This brick twin/duplex is our family home, which we are leaving for the summer. We're hoping someone can make good use of our cozy home in a fantastic location. This home is split into 3 floors. On the main floor, we have an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is a deck off of the kitchen that overlooks the backyard and the park behind the house. The yard has a patio, two big trees for shade, a grill, hot tub, and a gate out to the park. Upstairs, we have three bedrooms and one bathroom. The primary bedroom has lots of clothing storage and a queen size bed. The two other bedrooms have twin loft beds. The upstairs bathroom has a full-size tub and shower with a glass sliding door. The second bathroom, in the basement, has a large walk-in shower with two shower heads. The basement also has an office space on either end (no solid door between, but quite a bit of distance). The basement also has a futon couch for guests, a TV and some workout equipment, which we could leave if you want to use it or store if you don't. There are two parking spots in the driveway and a small grassy yard out front with bushes for privacy. More photos coming soon!
