We will be travelling for a work project the second half of 2026. Would love to find a couple, family or or small group to rent this amazing house for (flexible) 3-6 months. It's a fantastic neighborhood location, about 1.5 miles to Colorado State University. Great for visiting faculty, hospital employees or folks new to area who need a landing spot. One of the original older/historic neighborhoods in Fort Collins, but with all the modern conveniences of a newly built home.
