We’re looking for someone to enjoy our bright and sunny 2-bedroom apartment in The Beaches while we’re away this spring. The place overlooks Lake Ontario and is located right on the Boardwalk at Silver Birch Avenue. Available April 1 – June 30, with the possibility of extension. The apartment is furnished and located on the second floor of a house. It has large windows that bring in tons of natural light, and a cozy sunroom with a beautiful view of the lake. It’s a really peaceful spot, and being right by the water makes it feel like a little retreat while still being in the city. Location: Silver Birch Avenue & the Boardwalk in The Beaches Steps to the beach and boardwalk Children’s park and dog park right outside Streetcar stop at Queen & Silver Birch Just south of Main Street subway station Rent is $3500 per month, all inclusive. This includes utilities, laundry, and one parking spot behind the house.
