This historic, spacious, light-filled 2-bedroom home (furnished) is a pleasant, ten minute walk from campus - just far enough away from the action of downtown to benefit from quiet, residential streets in the picturesque holmes-foster neighborhood. Running trails, tennis courts, gyms, and many of the amenities of State College are just a short walk away. If you're a postdoc, visiting faculty, or a new faculty member, this might be a perfect place to get your bearings in town. I am not the owner, and I'm looking for someone to sublet the property for the year, or as much of the 2026/2027 academic year as possible. The apartment building does not allow pets.
