Main Line Rowhome close to Bryn Mawr, Haverford, and Villanova

We're moving to RI for an academic year, and are looking to rent our rowhome in Bryn Mawr while we are away. We purchased the house in 2023, and have recently updated the HVAC and rewired the entire property. We plan to continue to raise our family here, and are looking for someone who will love it as much as we do. (“Love her as I loved her, and there will be joy.”) The house is fully furnished and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. There’s a small office space, as well as a full basement with a washer and dryer. We will be using the basement to store some of our personal items, but there should be some extra storage space in the basement if needed. There is also a front porch with two rocking chairs. The space out back includes a grill, a deck, and a table with four chairs. Our home is located less than ten minutes from Villanova, Bryn Mawr, and other colleges. SEPTA public transit (including regional rail, the Norristown High Speed Line, etc.) are all walking distance. There are numerous bars and restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment venues in the immediate area. The house comes with one free off-street parking space, located right beside the property.
