We are looking for someone to rent our home from September 2026 through May 2027. It is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house with all the amenities and lots of natural light in the heart of Chicago’s Albany Park neighborhood. The first floor has an open floor plan with kitchen, living room, half bathroom, and sun room. The second floor has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have attached sunrooms and are currently set up as offices, but could be turned into bedrooms. The finished basement has a full bath, treadmill, weight bench, workbench, washer/dryer, and storage. The back yard has room to play, a deck, a gas grill, a garden plot, a firepit, and a 2-car garage. The neighborhood is extremely diverse, with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, schools, parks, playgrounds, and river paths. We are close to all public transportation: CTA Brown Line (Kimball stop) is 4 blocks away, CTA bus routes are within 3 blocks (Lawrence 81, Kedzie 52, and Montrose 78), and the Metra (Ravenswood and Irving Park stops) is a short drive or quick bus ride. And we are near several universities and hospitals.
