Summer stay in bright oasis walkable to metro line beaches to downtown

Description

We’re looking for a summer sublet (prefer longer stays but a few weeks ok too, possible to extend until fall) to enjoy our tranquil oasis (birds, trees, zen garden) and child friendly home with work station and fast fiber optic internet. We are very clean, quiet, respectful and would love a responsible guest to take care of our home. The location is a hidden gem in La, with views of greenery, lush trees, the Hollywood sign, walkable to metro station that takes you to Santa Monica to downtown, this is a dream home in quiet cul de sac no drive through traffic neighborhood with lovely family neighbors. You can use our bikes during the stay!
