Description
We are a queer family of two parents and one almost-4 year old, and we would like to rent out our unattached studio in the back of our house for the summer. Ideal for a Smith social work student, but also for any other students/professors coming to Western MA for the summer. The studio contains a bed, small shelf, microwave and mini-fridge, dresser, desk, and office chair. It is deeply quiet and peaceful in the studio, and it looks out onto the backyard which you are welcome to use. You are also welcome to use the washer/dryer in the basement. You will have your own half bathroom which you will need to exit the studio and walk three steps out the door to enter. The bed is an organic and non-toxic high quality mattress with a simple wood frame. You will have access to the bathroom with the shower in it as well as a full kitchen in the main house.

Comments: In the back of the main house there is a separate 375 square foot artist studio/office space lined with windows and deeply quiet. The bathroom you will use is all yours, you have to exit the studio and walk three steps to the bathroom entrance.
