We are looking for someone to sublet our comfortable home for the summer (June–August). Our bright 2-bedroom condo with an additional office and a beautiful backyard is located in a quiet neighborhood just a walk from Harvard University. It’s a great fit for visiting academics, professionals, or families who want a peaceful place to stay while still being close to campus and everything the area has to offer. The home has an open, welcoming feel with lots of natural light and a layout that works well for both relaxing and working from home. In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a dedicated office with two large desks, making it easy for two people to work comfortably. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, hardwood floors, and the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit. A digital piano is also available for anyone who enjoys playing. One bedroom is set up as a kids’ room with a bunk bed, and a baby crib and high chairs can be made available if needed. Outside, the highlight is the lovely backyard with a playset, as well as a bench and grill—perfect for enjoying warm summer evenings or hosting a casual BBQ. We’re also very close to Fresh Pond, a beautiful area popular for walks, runs, and biking. Restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, parks, and public transportation are all within easy reach, making day-to-day living simple and enjoyable. The ideal tenant would stay for most or all of the summer rental period (June through August).
