2br 1ba Condo by the beach, w pool and hottub

Description

I will be on sabbatical in 2026-2027. I would love to rent my place out to another academic, family or artist. My 2br 1ba condo is childproofed. The second room has a crib, and a desk, and can be used as an office or a bedroom. My complex has two pools, a larger pool, a lap pool that is solar heated and a hot tub. The complex also has lots of grassy areas away from the street where kids can play. I live a 14 minute walk to Capitola Beach, and a mile from Pleasure Point stores and restaurants. I am right around the corner from stores like Whole Foods, Trader Joes, CVS and restaurants. My condo complex has its own parking lots. My kitchen and bathroom are renovated and appliances are recently purchased, including refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer. There is plenty of sunlight, a balcony and often a sea breeze.
