It gets morning light and feels calm despite being in a lively neighborhood. The studio is one room with a clearly defined living space (with a sofa and a desk) and a sleeping area (with a queen-size bed, a dresser and a wardrobe), making it comfortable and easy to settle into. The bathroom has a shower and washing basin/sink, and there is a separate toilet room. The kitchen is a good size and fully equipped, including a washer (no dryer). All furniture (except for the bed frame) is brand new, including a new mattress, so everything feels fresh and comfortable. The location is safe and convenient: - 5-minute walk to Portobello Road - 15-minute walk to Kensington Gardens - Short walk to the Circle, Hammersmith & City, District, and Central tube lines - Close to the Paddington train station - Many bus lines just around the corner This location is perfect for someone who wants to be close to Central London, yet enjoy a neighborhood with a "village" atmosphere. Many dining choices within a 5-10 minute walk, including upscale restaurants, lovely coffee shops, grocery chains and small independent shops. The rate is £375 per week, inclusive of internet, with a minimum two-week stay. Water, gas, and electricity are separate and typically around £100–£200 per month (pro-rated for the rental period). Deposit: £250. Best for a single occupancy. Strictly NON-SMOKERS only, including no electronic cigarets. I’m looking for a respectful occupant who will enjoy and take good care of the space.
