Living in Vienna: spacious, bright, green

The flat is located in a typical residential area of Vienna, neither in the touristy inner districts nor in the suburbs. The area is very lively, with many shops and a market selling vegetables, meat and bread. The Augarten, a baroque park with sunbathing lawns and outdoor cafés, is very close by. There are good cycle paths nearby along the Danube Canal. The nearest tram line, which takes you to the city centre in 10 minutes, is just around the corner. Two further tram lines and two underground lines are a 3-5 minute walk away. The building is an Art Nouveau house from 1906. It is located in a traffic-calmed side street with many trees. The flat is on the 3rd floor (lift available). The rooms are high and bright. I work a lot at home, so a good working and living atmosphere, plenty of space, lots of light and good design are important to me. All the rooms in the flat are spacious: the bedroom with separate wardrobe is 22 m², the bathroom 15 m², the living and working area is 67 m², the kitchen is 24 m² and the balcony is 13 m². The bedroom, kitchen and balcony overlook the inner courtyards of the surrounding houses. This is the first time I have rented out my flat. I am sure that everyone will feel at home here, especially those who not only need a place to sleep but also want to enjoy living.
