In the past, we have supported the CC community by providing off-campus housing. Every year, we have a lease signed by the end of February, and we thought we would explore other options to expose our beautiful house. We have a unique property that was a grocery store in 1916. Warehouse feel, including 25-foot ceilings and refinished wood floors. We are painting everything white, so the 25-foot ceilings, paired with the glass front door and bay windows, allow sunlight to flood in while embracing views of Pikes Peak. You can walk or bike to campus, and we provide two bikes to share. There is plenty of street parking, and two cars are allowed in the alleyway near the back door. The mattresses in each bedroom are memory foam. Bon Shopping Center is near the house and has grocery stores, a UPS store, eateries, etc. The north end of downtown is within walking distance, and there is a free bus, "Zeb," that runs between the south and north ends. We believe in keeping the house clean and safe. Any requests are handled within 24 hours
