Welcome to our slice of nature heaven! Our home was built in 1870 and is the quintessential cozy and comfortable farmhouse. Situated on 3.5 clear acres, you are surrounded by the beauty of nature. You cannot see any neighbors from our property so it really is land of your very own. We have a beautiful wood burning stove as well as a propane fire place. We also have an additional brand new guest house on the property equipped with a kitchen and bathroom. We are less than a mile from the Delaware River that has an accessible beach that you can use for sunbathing or canoe launching. You are 5 minutes from a local grocery store and a very cute town, Narrowsburg, and 15 minutes from a larger grocery store in Honesdale. Honesdale also has a Walmart, TJ Maxx and most other modern necessities. Many very good restaurants surround our area. 90 minutes to NYC and 50 minutes to Scranton.
