Hi All, We are offering our 4-bedroom (1600 sqft) home in Menlo Park (Willows neighborhood) for a summer sublet, available between June 15 and August 8, 2026. These dates are firm, based on our travel schedule. The house is located a few blocks from a small grocery store and is a 10- minute walk from downtown Palo Alto, 15-minute bike ride to Stanford campus. Our eight-year-old Pascal says, “it is a very nice neighborhood.” The house comes fully furnished, including high-speed internet, smart TV, a few computer monitors available for use, 1 queen bed (primary room), two twin beds (BR2), and two full beds (in BR3 and BR4). Families are welcome to use our kids’ (ages 8 to 15) toys, games, and bicycles. While we will be reserving the garage for storage, we'll ensure that bicycles and other essential outdoor gear remain accessible for your use. There is a trampoline available for use with caution. One well-behaved dog under 60 pounds is allowable, subject to landlord approval. Our landlord is supportive of our subletting the property and will review the agreement documents in order to grant final approval. We have sublet this home before and it worked out great.
