Casa Di Pietra is an historic Tuscan house, half hour drive to Cinque Terra at the foot of the Apuan Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. Renovated in 2024 to modern standards while preserving its "rustica" Tuscan feel the detached house is at the top of a medieval village, surrounded by a national woodland park - a perfect staging ground for exploring the Tuscan-Emilian regions of Lunigiana by bike, car, train or motorcycle. 45 mins drive to Pisa. 75 minute drive to Lucca. Neighbouring villages are fun to explore and there are a lot of them! There is a grocery store across the road from our village and the close town of Aulla has all amenities. The house is heated during the winter by two stufa pellet stoves and a fireplace in the kitchen. The house consists of kitchen and living room downstairs, two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. There is also an attached bedroom and bathroom with its own entrance at the side of the house. Rent includes utilities. We have loads more pictures which we will share if you are interested.
