Our home is directly across the street from a park and playground, and is a short drive from Tufts, Harvard, MIT, and BU. We will offer the home fully furnished, though we are happy to move undesired furniture into basement storage before you arrive and have extra unused dressers, mattresses and bed frames if our current set up does not meet your needs. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and an additional home office/exercise room with a queen-sized Murphy bed for an optional 5th bedroom. We're an easy walk to Mass Ave shops & the 77 Bus stop to Harvard Square, and are close to the Alewife Red line T train stop to Harvard, MIT, and Boston. We are also just 3 houses away from the Minute Man bike/jogging path. The home includes a recently upgraded AC&Heating system, a newly renovated kitchen, as well as parking for up to 3 cars. One of our family cars is not coming with us on sabbatical and can be made available to rent for your stay here. The local schools are terrific -- it's where we have our school-aged kids, and there are many local daycare options for children younger than school age. We are happy to answer any questions you might have about our home, neighborhood, schools, or anything else. The home is well equipped for a family but can accommodate anyone interested in this wonderful community.
