I am a visual artist and educator based in NYC. For the summer months, I plan to work at an upstate NY retreat. The ideal tenant will be quiet, tidy, and friendly with the neighbors in the building. They will also take excellent care of my apartment. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, and pans, and towels and sheets will be provided. I will be a few hours away, if any problems arise, I can address them quickly.
