Welcome to the center of Rome! A short walk to the Vatican, a few steps to a main subway/train station and Rome’s best fresh food market. You will be the only guest in this spacious, sunlit and quiet studio with elevator, doorman, air conditioning, private balcony, washing machine, and fully equipped kitchen. The home is available for one month minimum, and up to 4 months. This is my home. Ideal, cozy getaway for a single explorer, work from home, or a couple. Safe, central neighborhood with many amenities. Very clean apartment, fully furnished, including linens and kitchen supplies, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, wi-fi, TV, mosquito nets at windows, air conditioning. Utilities NOT included (gas, internet and electricity). No pets. Non-smoking. Not suitable for children due to balcony. Ideal location: 30 minutes to Fiumicino Airport, 20 minutes to Termini Train station, 45 minutes to the beach. A few meters away: metro / subway, train, buses, bike paths. Every type of shop is only a few minutes walk, including a shopping mall, supermarket next door, and a gym, both open 24/7, plus other health clubs, pools, beauty parlors. The neighborhood is full of delicious coffee shops, pizza places, fine restaurants, pubs, cinemas, and at a 3 min walk: the famous Mercato Trionfale, the absolute best and biggest fresh food market, with the largest selection of delicious Italian food in Rome, at great prices. A short walk from idyllic sites: Trastevere, Piazza Farnese, Campo de’ Fiori, Piazza Navona, Castel Sant’Angelo and its park as well as the Tevere River bank park, Gianicolo park, Maxxi Museum, Monte Ciocci park & Saint Peter’s. I have been a Prof. at the American U. of Rome, also worked and graduated from Columbia Business School in NYC. I had excellent experiences renting many times before for several months. Please note: There is a closed room in the apartment which is not part of the rental. You will be the only occupant of the entire apartment.
